We'll begin with some gentle creative journaling, taking a moment to slow down, reflect, and connect. As we write, I’ll share insights into the many ways crafting can support our mental and emotional health—from reducing stress to enhancing focus and self-expression.
Then, using soft wool fibres and simple needle-felting techniques, you’ll create your own mini felt landscape—a peaceful place that holds personal meaning for you. Bring along a photo or memory of a landscape that soothes your soul, whether it’s a wild coastal view, rolling hills, or a quiet woodland scene.
Once finished, we’ll frame your artwork in a mini embroidery hoop, transforming it into a mindfulness anchor—a beautiful handmade reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Hang it somewhere special in your home as a symbol of calm.
