Over this 6-week series, you’ll experience the powerful mind-body approach of Sophrology – a gentle yet powerful practice designed to help you reconnect, reset and restore a sense of inner calm. Through a blend of gentle body movement, breathing, relaxation, meditation and positive visualisation, you’ll be guided to release tension, quieten the mind and strengthen your emotional wellbeing.
Each week we’ll explore a different theme, giving you a toolkit of practical techniques you draw on in daily life to:
ease stress and overwhelm
feel calmer under pressure
reset in challenging moments
re-store energy and balance
feel clearer and more focused
strengthen emotional resilience
build confidence
support deeper, more restful sleep.
These sessions are designed to feel restorative in the moment, and with practice can help you build a calmer, steadier baseline approach, helping you navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease and clarity.
Each session is fully guided and offers a peaceful space to slow down, breathe and gentle re-connect. No experience or special equipment needed – simply come as you are. A warm welcome awaits.
Audio recordings and practice summary cards will be provided after each session, making it easy to continue your practice at home and weave these tools into everyday life.
