What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release is a gentle, effective practice that works with the body’s connective tissue — known as fascia — to help release areas of tightness, tension, and restriction. These workshops offer a guided approach to self-myofascial release using massage balls and simple techniques you can continue to use at home.
Using massage balls, mindful movement, and breath-work, this session will support recovery, flexibility, and nervous system regulation and can help improve mobility, reduce discomfort and create a greater sense of ease within the body.
Join us for a guided lower body myofascial release workshop designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and restore ease through the feet, calves, hips, and legs.
