Restorative Yoga is about finding the deepest relaxation possible for mind , body and soul.
Restorative yoga is a very soft and calming practice that focuses on deep deep relaxation, through passive yoga poses, calming breathwork and visualisation, which allows us to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our state of rest and digest.
 
Passive yoga poses are held for extended periods ( fully supported by bolsters/cushions/blankets/eye masks), which gives our bodies the time to softly open and release deeply held physical/mental tension.  
     
I like to enhance your experience with soft ambient music, aromatherapy scents and herbs/plants from my garden which are known to support different areas of the body.  

Who would benefit from Restorative Yoga?
The beautiful thing about Restorative Yoga, is that Anybody and Everybody can participate and enjoy the benefits from it.     
 So Anybody who is feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, fatigued, disconnected, recovering from illness or the loss of a loved one, give yourself the gift of the deepest deepest rest with Restorative Yoga.
