It blends body movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and visualisation, all grounded in principles of positive psychology. This gentle yet powerful combination can support you to feel more grounded and steadier in everyday life.
Each session offers a warm and welcoming space to deeply relax and learn some simple, practical techniques to help manage the stresses of everyday life. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and connected, with tools to support your wellbeing beyond the session. No experience or special equipment is needed – just come as you are and give yourself permission to pause.
