Join Sam for a beautiful candlelit yin practice to slow down and stretch. Following our natural circadian rhythm we'll dim the lights and settle in.
We'll move slowly and with intention to feel into this early autumnal coorie in, allowing time to pause in our practice. With time at the end for tea, connection and treats.
