Join us in the beautiful Fern Bothy for a relaxing morning of yoga, meditation and breath work. This mini retreat is the perfect opportunity to wind down for the weekend, and an invitation to leave your stresses and worries behind as you take time out for you.
We'll begin our morning with a grounding breath practice to help you settle the mind before moving into a seasonal yoga practice for the spring season - with lots of gentle postures and flows to bring vitality and balance to the body. We then flow into a meditation and guided journalling session to help you reflect on your life and set intentions for the new season. We wind down with a luscious guided 'yoga nidra' relaxation with lavender scented eye pillows and DoTERRA essential oils .
There will be the opportunity to share some refreshments and a hot drink afterwards before heading home.
