The Face Reset
A calming, mat-based facial wellness experience designed to help you reset your connection with your face.
The Face Reset brings together gentle facial massage, face yoga, Gua Sha and cupping to support lift, de-puffing, circulation and deep release. You’ll be guided through the session step by step, with space to soften tension, reconnect with sensation and feel more at ease in your face.
This is a considered, grounding morning that blends movement and stillness, touch and awareness, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed and naturally glowing.
What we’ll explore together
We begin with gentle face yoga, focusing on key movements to activate and lift areas of the face, with attention to the cheeks, eyes, forehead and neck. These simple, effective movements help awaken tone and bring a sense of lightness to the face.
From here, we move into Gua Sha, using guided strokes to sculpt the facial contours, support lymphatic drainage and ease puffiness. This part of the session helps the face feel more open, defined and fluid.
We then introduce facial cupping, a rhythmic and calming technique that encourages circulation, supports drainage and helps release areas of holding, particularly around the forehead, eyes and mouth.
Throughout the session, everything is clearly guided, allowing you to follow along and tune into how your face feels without overthinking technique.

The Face Reset is suitable for anyone, whether you’re completely new to facial wellness or already familiar with these practices.
It’s particularly supportive if you experience facial tension, puffiness, stress held in the jaw or forehead, or simply want to feel more connected to your face. It’s also suitable for those with Botox or filler, as lymphatic support and gentle release are essential for everyone, at every age and stage.
