Elemental Sound Journey: FIRE

This sound journey is inspired by the element of Fire. As the clocks go forward, we embrace the energy of the sun and welcome the return of light, mirroring the fiery energy of Aries, the first sign of the zodiac: a spark of initiation, courage, and forward momentum. This session features Paiste bronze gongs and therapeutic percussion, including thunder drum, chimes, rainstick, and shakers. Gongs, with their rich, deep, and complex vibrations, are powerful instruments that mirror the sun’s radiant energy and its ability to energise, illuminate, and transform. This session invites you to recharge your batteries and reconnect with your inner fire; on a journey of alchemy through sound.
