Over two relaxed afternoons, you’ll learn practical tools, evidence-based knowledge, and gentle techniques to help you approach labour feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
Perfect for parents due between July and September, this course guides you through how birth works, what contractions really are, and how your body is designed to give birth. You’ll also explore how your birth partner can provide meaningful emotional and physical support, helping you feel safe and cared for throughout labour and birth.
You’ll learn calming hypnobirthing techniques, breathing practices, and deep relaxation tools that can help reduce fear, ease tension, and support a more positive birth experience, whatever path your birth takes.
