We are delighted to announce that we are holding a  – Tea & Therapy™ Wellbeing afternoon Supporting Women Living With & Beyond Cancer with Amanda Winwood and Joanne Cooper.

Together, Amanda and Jo bring both professional expertise and lived experience to create a safe, welcoming and uplifting space.

During the workshop, you will :

  • Learn simple skincare rituals to support sensitive or changing skin during and after treatment

  • Experience the power of therapeutic touch and facial massage

  • Discover the neuroscience behind facial wellbeing, including how nurturing touch can help calm the nervous system and reduce stress hormones.

  • Encourage relaxation, emotional safety and better sleep

  • Support confidence, connection and overall well-being

Jo Cooper
Holistic Cancer Wellness Practitioner

Jo Cooper is a Holistic Cancer Wellness Practitioner specialising in supporting women through recovery, wellbeing, and life after cancer, with a particular focus on menopause after treatment. Following her own breast cancer diagnosis in 2017, Jo combines professional training with lived experience to help women rebuild confidence, wellbeing, and quality of life after cancer.

Jo works alongside Made for Life Organics, offering specialist Cancer Touch Therapy using organic skincare products designed to safely support those living with and beyond cancer.

Join us for a nurturing afternoon of connection, skincare, and wellbeing, specially created to support women living with or beyond cancer.

Hosted by wellness pioneer Amanda Winwood, founder of Made for Life Organics and the Made for Life Foundation, alongside Holistic Cancer Wellness Practitioner Jo Cooper, this supportive Tea & Therapy™ workshop will explore how gentle facial rituals, touch and organic skincare can help restore confidence, comfort and wellbeing during and after cancer treatment.
