Angie Garton and Linda McCann invite you to this deeply relaxing afternoon of restorative yin yoga, winter-themed reflection, and sound.
In a culture that encourages us to keep pushing and demanding, winter asks something different of us. To pause, soften, to come within and recalibrate.
Wintering is a collaborative afternoon led by Angie Garton and Linda McCann, created for women who are ready to rest deeply, reflect gently, and reconnect with the part of yourself that intuitively knows the importance and benefits of slowing down.
Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a carefully structured journey that supports both body and mind; without pressure, performance, or expectation.
What to expect:
A grounding meditation to arrive and settle.
Gentle chanting and fascial release to soften the body and quiet the nervous system.
A guided 'Winter Letter' reflection. This is a slow, intuitive writing or doodling practice to help you connect with the parts of you that are asking for rest, care, or release this season.
A deeply nourishing restorative yin-style yoga practice, focused on opening and balancing the chakras (guided by Linda)
A soothing sound bath (guided by Angie), designed to support deep rest and integration
Hot drinks and homemade snacks to keep you warm, nourished, and grounded
This afternoon is spacious, unhurried, and intentionally gentle. You’ll never be asked to share, perform, or explain yourself, simply to show up as you are.
