As we move through late spring, the energy of the season begins to shift from fresh growth to fuller expansion. This 4-week Yin Yoga block is designed to help you slow down, soften, and stay balanced as life becomes busier and brighter.
Inspired by the Wood element in Traditional Chinese Medicine — associated with the liver and gallbladder meridians — each session will focus on gentle, long-held poses that support flexibility in the hips, inner thighs, and sides of the body. These areas are closely connected to the energetic pathways that encourage clarity, decision-making, and emotional flow.
Expect:
Deep, nourishing floor-based postures held for 3–5 minutes
Breath awareness and mindful stillness
Subtle meridian-focused sequencing
A calm, grounding atmosphere
This block is perfect if you’re feeling tense, restless, or in need of space to reset. Yin offers time to unwind connective tissue, regulate the nervous system, and create balance as we transition towards summer’s more outward, active energy.
Suitable for all levels — including beginners.
Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
