Jayne uses a nurturing mind-body practice called Sophrology - designed to restore calm, balance and resilience. It combines gentle body movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, visualisation and positive psychology to help ease tension, build emotional resilience, supporting you to feel more grounded and steadier in everyday life.
Each session offers a warm and welcoming space to deeply relax and learn some simple, practical techniques to manage stress, improve sleep and enhance your inner wellbeing.
You’ll leave feeling relaxed and connected, with tools to support your wellbeing beyond the session. Audio recordings will be shared, so you can continue your practice at home in your own time.
No experience or special equipment is needed – just come as you are and give yourself permission to pause. A warm welcome awaits you.
