As a mum of three, I know how overwhelming and busy life can feel after you give birth. Nourishing yourself often becomes the last thing on your mind—yet it’s one of the most important foundations for your recovery, your energy, and your baby’s wellbeing.

This is exactly why I’ve created this gentle, supportive workshop.

Join me for a relaxed and welcoming session where I’ll guide you through how to truly support your body and your baby during the postpartum phase—not only from my perspective as a nutritional therapist, but also from my personal experience as a mother.

This event is designed for:
• Anyone who wants to feel more confident, prepared, and nourished before baby arrives

What we’ll cover:
• What’s inside breast milk and why it matters
• The importance of maternal nutrition for your baby
• Key postpartum nutrients for recovery, energy, hormone balance, and mental well-being
• Simple ways to nourish yourself during the busy early weeks / Recipes
• Gentle, realistic postpartum care tips
